That in 2020, the world ground to a halt, with businesses ceasing operations for a month as lockdowns became the norm. Simple tasks like grocery shopping turned into quests for sanitizers and face masks, while a mere cough became taboo and social distancing became the measure of our care. Social gatherings became illegal, and birthdays were celebrated without blowing out candles. Even asking for an extra sprinkle of salt for your fries became a source of anxiety, fearing accusations of losing one’s taste buds. Work from home became the new standard, with Zoom meetings replacing face-to-face interactions, marking a profound shift in how we live and work.We don’t know when it will end.

I thought these things only happens in movies, but it happened in our time.
